The Revised Supplement (1996) to A Greek-English Lexicon, a famous lexicographical work of the ancient Greek language that was originally edited by Henry George Liddell, Robert Scott, Henry Stuart Jones, and Robert McKenzie and first published in 1843. A Greek-English Lexicon is also known as Liddell & Scott and Liddell-Scott-Jones (LSJ). Excerpt from front flap: "With over 20,000 entries, the new Supplement is almost twice the size of the original Supplement of 1968 and takes account of the large amount of new material which continues to become available from papyrus and epigraphical sources. For the first time, Linear B forms have been included within entries, providing evidence of the Greek language going back to 1200 BC. The Revised Supplement is fully cross-referenced to Liddell and Scott's Lexicon, but has been designed to be used as a separate reference work."
