Werner Haypeter (b. 1955) is a German artist who uses a diverse array of media, such as plaster, PVC, resin, and wood, to create sculptures and installations centered upon geometric shapes and forms and their relationship to space. He is associated with the Minimalist and Conceptual art movements. Haypeter has won numerous scholarships and awards, and his art has been shown in many places both in Germany and abroad.
