SIGNED. No date, circa 1890s-1920s. Very Good original etching printed in black ink on white paper. Print is tipped in on beige paper backing, the front of which which folds over to form a window mat revealing the print. Tissue guard included. Print has light age toning and two spots of discoloration from glue adhering it to backing paper (glue stains limited to corners in upper margin of paper not affecting printed area), else clean and intact. Backing paper has light to moderate age toning, a spot of offsetting from tipped-in note with the title, and slight wear to extremities, else clean and intact. Beautiful original etching by English artist James Grant (1885-1973).  SIGNED by James Grant in pencil in lower-right corner below printed area as "James Grant." Title is printed on a small note tipped in on backing paper. This etching shows an uninhabited street scene in London at 10 Downing Street. The composition of the scene looks through an urban archway onto a city street.
