SIGNED First Edition. Near Fine brown cloth-covered boards with silver-foil lettering and small silver-foil decorations on front and spine. Covers have slight wear to extremities, else pristine and intact, binding tight, sharp tips. Good brown paper dust jacket with black lettering on front panel and spine. Dust jacket clean and intact overall but has a browned spine, a tape ghost at top edge on front panel, and several large chips at head and tail of spine, middle of spine, top edge of front panel, and tips (two largest chips are about 2" x 1/2" at top edge on front panel and middle of spine; some loss of text on spine) . Dust jacket protected in a paper-backed Mylar sleeve. Good brown paper-covered slipcase. Slipcase clean but has browning, offsetting, and several of the edges are cracked. Pages have light age toning and occasional offsetting, else pristine and intact. 31 full-page color plates included which show examples of commercial color photography.
