Slightly shaken but intact binding, exposed tips, sunned and peeling boards with tape wrapped around head, some mild foxing, soiling possibly paint, scrapes , toning, pencil writing to front panel, inscription to front endpaper, and light interior soiling. [8] 153 + 1 pp. Includes tipped-in reproductions of classical works and bound-in lithographs. Frontispiece and one lithograph by George Braque, other lithographs: 2 & 1 spread by Henri Matisse, 2 by Henri Laurens, 2 by Alberto Giacometti, 3 & 1 spread by André Masson, 2 & 1 spread by Fernand Léger, 2 & 1 spread by Joan Miro, 2 by Bores, 1 by Gromaire, and 5 & 1 spread by Marc Chagall.
