Back colophon on copyright page: "This catalogue is published in an edition of 1,500 copies." Unpaginated, c. 72 pp., including illustrations and Index. A beautiful catalog with unique gilt cloth binding that was published on the occasion of an exhibition of the artist's work held in 2005 at two of Hauser & Wirth's art galleries in Zurich and London. As suggested by the title, most of the work featured in this catalog depicts collages of fragmented, semi-abstracted theater interiors. Guillermo Kuitca (b. 1961) is an Argentine artist who works in a variety of media. Many of his subjects incorporate themes of travel, cartography, architecture, music, and theater.
