Principally illustrations, this is a children's book that ties in with the _Alien_ franchise and the four-part comic book series, _Aliens: Harvest_. The book "breaks the fourth wall" as it is an actual book in reality and also exists in the _Alien_ universe. Author Jeff Prosser humorously masquerades as the fictional scientist, Stanislaw Mayakovsky, who created a cybernetic ant named Ari. Prosser (as Mayakovsky) presents his findings about Ari in the form of this children's book. Excerpt from Afterword: "In any event, the publication of _Cyberantics_ caused quite a stir. No reputable researcher had ever presented his findings in such as manner. Mayakovsky seemed to take the whole matter in stride.
