"Touch Typewriting Chart" on beige cardstock included (measures 5 1/2" x 8 1/4"). Covers have browning (most noticeable along edges), chipping along spine, slight soiling, small stains and marks, and a crease at center running through entire booklet, and back cover is completely loose, else clean and intact.
