Dust jacket protected in a paper-backed Mylar sleeve. Pages have light to moderate age toning and occasional spots of foxing or discoloration (mostly on front and back endpapers), else clean and intact. Replete with in-text illustrations and black-and-white and color and tipped-in color plates of the artist's work. SIGNED by Marjorie Grabhorn; her signature appears in faint pencil on front free endpaper. Beautiful monograph about the life and art of Aristide Maillol (1861-1944), a French sculptor, painter, and printmaker.
