Includes an Introduction by Canadian historian and writer, Pierre Berton. Near Fine green and black plaid Mackinaw wool slipcase with a black pull-ribbon, light lifting of cloth to bottom edge. The Monthly newsletter is present in Near Fine condition. 

The Limited Editions Club was founded by publisher George Macy in 1929 with goal of delivering a monthly fine press edition of great works in literature, religion, history, philosophy, and poetry. The press worked with some of the best printers in the US and Europe, and sought the best artists to illustrate runs of 1500 or 2000 copies.
