Notes: Fine, RARE, items of various sizes, all about 6 1/4" x 9." Text in Chinese and English. A collection of three exhibition ephemera pertaining to Liu Yushan's show at the Oriental Gallery in New York. Each item is printed on white paper. The collection contains an invitation with decorative gilt string to Mr. and Mrs. Oscar for a special art reception on September 30, 1997, accompanying envelope, and a small catalog briefly describing Liu's background and resume. Invitation and catalog are pristine and intact. Envelope has slight age toning and wrinkling, else clean and intact. Catalog: unpaginated, six pages, including color illustrations. RARE in the trade. Liu Yushan (b. 1940) is a Chinese painter and printmaker. He has served in leadership positions for several art organizations in China. Heavy and oversized items may require additional shipping.
