Notes: Very Good RARE 4to 8 1/4" x 8 14" Portuguese and English language, black pictorial staplebound jewelry exhibition catalog featuring the 10-piece silver butterfly jewelry set listed as 85 of the exhibited works on a black silhouette to front panel, no image to back, white lettering to front, notable shelfwear to front and back near spine, minor wear to top tip, significant sunning to spine visible only to front panel, small orange dot above writing on forth page, otherwise clean, tightly bound, and unmarked throughout. Unpaginated, replete with full-color images, essay by P.M. Bardi, Biography, and list of Exhibited Works. Includes one piece of ephemera: poster invitation to Orritta del Sole's event "Quimonos 2, usos: vestir ou decorar" at the Sao Paulo Museum of Art from May 20 to June 1, 1986, 7 3/4" x 6" when folded, 15 1/2" x 11 3/4" when opened, only in Portuguese, outside folds are white with black lettering with a black-and-white image, inside poster is red with white lettering with 2 full-color images featuring kimonos. Published on the occasion of the exhibition of the art jewelry by Italian jewelry designer and goldsmith, Orietta del Sole at the Sao Paulo Museum of Art from September 3 to 27 of 1981. From the essay: "Orietta should be singled out for a particular trait of her own: the use of fragments of antique ornaments, found during her numerous trips to the Orient, in the composition of some of her jewelry pieces, thus giving them a unique appeal and character."
