Slipcase has moderate rubbing and fading and slight fraying to cloth along edges, else clean and intact. Title label with off-white lettering and color illustration tipped in on one side of slipcase. Pages pristine and intact. Replete with color illustrations. SIGNED by Frederick Hart in blue ink on front colophon as "Frederick Hart." A beautiful monograph and catalogue raisonné featuring the life and work of Frederick Hart (1943-1999), an American sculptor. Hart worked with a variety of media including bronze, marble, limestone, acrylic, and resin. He is perhaps best-known for his Creation Sculptures at the Washington National Cathedral and The Three Soldiers at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. Also included herein are essays by Homan Potterton, James M. Goode, Frederick Downs, Jr., Frederick Turner, Donald Martin Reynolds, James F. Cooper, and Robert Chase.
