Notes: A Fine book in a Very Good dust jacket, Near Fine overall, SIGNED, 8vo, 8 1/4" x 6 1/2." Yellow cloth-covered boards in a multicolored paper dust jacket. Black front panel with pale yellow spine on dust jacket. Black lettering to dust jacket spine. Covers pristine and intact except for slight darkening; sharp tips, binding tight. Dust wrapper jacket clean and intact overall except for age toning and several small surface chips along the tips, edges, and head and tail of spine. Dust jacket protected by a paper-backed Brodart sleeve, not price-clipped. Pages have minuscule age toning, else pristine and intact. Signed by the author in black ink on front free endpaper: "For:-- Mrs. J. F. [?] Hall [?], Sincerely, Francis W. Grimm."
