Mild shelfwear with rubbing to all edges and heavy rubbing to corners, head and tail rolled, pages are heavily sunned with some foxing, glue binding is fairly loose, otherwise bright and unmarked throughout. 284 pp. Replete with numerous full-color and black-and-white tables, X-rays, photographs and drawings . Includes Prefaces to the First German Edition, the Second German Edition, the Ninth German Edition, and the Fifth English Edition, and an Index. The illustrations are absolutely beautiful and still very relevant today in the study of human anatomy.
