Replete with full-color images of Daniel Douke’s trompe-l’oeil paintings which endeavor to look like real objects, but also his black-and-white Pool Paintings, which may, at first glance, be mistaken for black-and-white photography. This catalog was published in conjunction with an exhibition of the artist’s work held at the Nevada Museum of Art Contemporary Gallery January 23 to April 24, 2016.
