Notes: Very Good 12mo 7" x 5" mustard yellow staplebound, maroon lettering to front, light foxing to top and fore-edge, otherwise, sharp tips, tightly bound, and unmarked throughout. [5] 20 + 4 pp., 4 black-and-white photographs and one essay. Privately printed by author, Mabel Dodge Bullis (1883-1982) in Bolinas, California. Mabel’s father was the Marin County Surveyor in the 1880s and 1890s. The first paragraph of text: "My father first discovered Bolinas when he went over from San Rafael in 1889 or 90 to survey and subdivide some land for Mr. Waterhouse, who owned many acres there.
