Published in conjunction with the exhibition of John DiPaolo's Recent Paintings from 2002-2006 at the Dolby Chadwick Gallery in San Francisco, California from May 4 to 27, 2006. From the essay: "DiPaolo began creating paintings in an expressive, abstract style that was to become his trademark. Having worked steadily over the decades, seldom cast into the limelight, he has compiled an impressive body of work. The optimism and persistence with which he approaches his work is made possible by his ability to tap into a vein of pure, unfettered creativity." Acquired from the private library of photorealist, Robert Bechtle and art historian, Whitney Chadwick. Heavy and oversized items may require additional shipping.
