Excerpt from Preface: "This book is not presented as a cure-all, but as an attempt to solidify the planning portion of the stage designer's craft. The planning period of stage setting not only involves the basic drafting and presentation of the set, but also includes such graphic solutions as pattern development, perspective foreshortening, projection distortion, and other more technical problems pertaining to construction. _Sceno-Graphic Techniques_ is the compilation of graphic solutions used in the various stages of planning and executing a setting for the theatre." Authored by Oren Parker, Professor of Scene Design at the Department of Drama, Carnegie-Mellon University. Heavy and oversized items may require additional shipping.
