Notes: A Very Good book in a Very Good dust jacket, 4to, 12 1/4" x 9 1/2." Brown cloth-covered boards in brown paper dust jacket. Black and pale yellow lettering on spine. Covers have minuscule wear to extremities, else pristine and intact, binding tight, sharp tips. Dust jacket has fading along spine, slight offsetting on back panel, some chipping at upper tips and head of spine, and a closed tear measuring 1" along front outer joint at top, else clean and intact, not price-clipped. Dust jacket protected in a paper-backed mylar sleeve. Pages have light age toning, else pristine and intact. Inscribed to Robert Bechtle by his mother in blue pen on front free endpaper: "Bob, Christmas, 1966, from Mother." Replete with illustrations, most in black-and-white, a few in color. 194 pp., including Notes, Bibliography, and Index. Comprehensive study of drawings by the noted French artist, Georges Seurat.
