Notes: Fine, 4to, 12" x 8 3/4." Text in French. White paper wrappers with staple binding in a multicolored pictorial paper dust jacket. Full-page color illustrations of two of the artist's works on front and back of dust jacket. Black and orange lettering on white dust jacket spine. Covers have a few small wrinkles on spine, microscopic wear to extremities, and a small bit of residue (possibly from a sticker) in lower-right corner on front, else pristine and intact, binding tight, sharp tips. Pages pristine and intact. Replete with color illustrations. 16 pp., including illustrations. Published on the occasion of a 1986 exhibition at Galerie Maeght Lelong in Paris, France. The featured artist was Charles Simonds (b. 1945), an American artist best-known for his Surrealist sculptures. This show featured Simonds's surreal, miniature houses known as "Dwellings." Simonds built these tiny homes in different cities, including Berlin, Dublin, London, New York, Paris, and Shanghai, for imaginary "Little People."
