Signed by the author in blue pen on title page. One of 600 copies printed by the Castle Press, Pasadena. Interior clean and bright. Sixty pages of text, a fold-out map, and 115 black-and-white plates give a historical view of the architecture and street scenes of Los Angeles before modern development.
