Purple cloth boards, design & title stamped in black to front panel & spine, minor scuffing to front panel, in Very Good pictorial dust jacket w/ minor scuffing, now in protective mylar. First edition limited to 2500 copies. Large format black-and-white images of various animals alternate with haunting (sometimes explicit) male and female nudes. Hujar died of AIDS in 1987 at age 53, sadly without receiving much recognition in his lifetime, though his reputation as an important, truly original photographer has only grown since that time.
