This exhibition also traveled to the Institute of the Arts, Rice University in Houston, Texas March 12 to May 18, and to the Akron Art Institute in Akron, Ohio June 5 to July 26 of the same year. 47 pp. featuring the art of 42 artists including Edward Hopper, Dorothea Lange, Edward Ruscha, Wayne Thiebaud, Andy Warhol and many more. Replete with images, mostly black-and-white with full-color pieces by Gerald Laing, Tom Wesselmann, Robert Cottingham and Robert Indiana at the frontis. Includes a Foreward by Stephen S.
