Very good blue paper over boards folder, blue cloth spine with 1/2" cloth pull tab at center of spine, some rubbing to pull tab and top and bottom of spine, light fraying to cloth, very minor shelf wear to covers, else clean, rigid boards, and unmarked throughout. Folder is in a publisher-issued rigid slipcase, very good blue cloth over boards, very minor shelf wear to edges, faint ghost of previous bookseller's price sticker to cover, 3/4" split to upper fore-edge, gilt and black title papers on spine visibly peeled with loss to text, else clean and structurally sound. Includes five loose folded leaves each with a drawing of Doctor Shuler's Hospital to the cover, titled respectively, "A Pioneer Hospital in San Francisco," "Medical Topography of the Sacramento Valley," "Northern California Indian Shamans," "Hugh Huger Toland: California Doctor & Pioneer Medical Educator," and "Report of the Committee on Medical Education, Made to the Medical Society of the State of California by Joseph F.
